Alan was born in Glasgow on June 29, 1982, at Glasgow's Queen Mother's Hospital. Alan now lives in Woodside with partner Ashley Queen. He has one younger brother Lawrence, mother Susan and his father Colin; is deceased. His mother is in the catering industry and runs her own business.

Mike has been a member of the party since the early days - He was in the SDP and stayed with the party through the merger; working on the Govan by-election in 1988, and also standing in Knighswood-Garscadden in the last Regional Council elections in `88. He has been an active member of Glasgow Maryhill, and Executive member, for several years.

Born in Dundee, Kenn has lived in Maryhill for the last nine years having previously lived in Canada, France, England and Australia. A qualified Chartered Management Accountant he is currently working with the Royal Bank of Scotland Group as a Project Consultant.
